These Terms of Service govern your use of rumpelstiltskinaivideo.app (the "service"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

The service lets you upload a photo and generate a short AI video of the person in the photo performing a tip-toe dance. Videos are generated by third-party AI providers on our behalf. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

The service is not affiliated with the creators of the viral Rumpelstiltskin AI clip, the 1987 film Rumpelstiltskin, or any music rights holder. We do not provide the original meme clip or any music.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You need an account to generate videos. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your Uploads

You may only upload photos that:

• show yourself, or a person who has given you permission to use their photo for this purpose;
• you have the right to use; and
• do not show anyone under 18.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that these conditions are met. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the videos you generate from them.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your photos and generated videos as needed to provide the service, including sending photos to our AI providers for processing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, or share:

• sexual or sexually suggestive content;
• content involving minors;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent content;
• content that impersonates another person, or that could mislead others into believing a real person did or said something they did not;
• content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or
• content that violates any applicable law.

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the service, or use automated means to abuse it.

We may refuse, remove, or block content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we believe violate these terms.

AI-Generated Output

Generated videos are produced by AI models and may contain errors, artifacts, or results that do not match your expectations. Results depend on the photo you upload. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Subject to these terms and your rights in the photo you uploaded, you may use your generated videos for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as posting on social media. You are responsible for how you use and share them, including adding any music in line with the rules of the platform you post on.

Credits, Payment, and Refunds

Generating a video uses credits. Credits are sold as one-time packs; there is no subscription. Prices are shown on our website before purchase. Payments are processed by PayPal, and we do not store your full card or bank details.

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. If a generation fails, the credit used for it is returned to your account automatically. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and our original dance reference, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in the service other than the right to use it as described here.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is terminated for violating these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
